Anthony Malaguti has officially signed his National Letter of Intent with Villanova, the school announced this morning. The 6'2" 225 lb. Don Bosco Prep (NJ) outside linebacker originally committed to Villanova in late November, at the time becoming the tenth verbal in Villanova's 2015 class.
Malaguti got some pretty good FBS interest as well as offers from Delaware, James Madison and Richmond - all power CAA programs. He comes from one of the best high school programs in the country

Senior | Dillon Lucas | 6'0" | 228 lbs. |
Senior | Corey Majors | 6'0" | 246 lbs. |
Junior | Austin Calitro | 6'0" | 230 lbs. |
Sophomore | Ed Shockley | 5'11" | 220 lbs. |
Junior | TJ White | 6'1" | 225 lbs. |
(RS) Freshman | Jeff Steeb | 5'10" | 219 lbs. |
Junior | Travis Clark | 5'10" | 216 lbs. |
Freshman | Drew Wiley | 6'2" | 225 lbs. |
Freshman | Anthony Malaguti | 6'3" | 235 lbs. |
Watching his film, comparisons to current Wildcats LB Don Cherry can immediately be made. Malaguti diagnoses the play extremely well and arrives at the ball carrier with a ton of force. With such a loaded depth chart, it's unlikely he presses his way in to early playing time but he looks like he should be a star in the future.
Welcome Anthony to 'Nova Nation!
