Nearly three years after the shooting death of Villanova student Brian Schiavetti, the murder trial of a New Jersey man charged with killing him is starting. Former Villanova football player James Pitts had also been charged in the incident, but accepted a plea bargain for 'conspiracy to distribute a controlled dangerous substance' (1 year in jail) and is a likely witness at the trial.
