Villanova University received a thumbs up for their development plans from the Radnor Planning Commission Monday, albeit with various conditions attached. For 'Nova, the Planning Commission added conditions of denying a waiver for a 25-foot curve radius at Lancaster and Ithan avenues, and that the university comply with all staff recommendations. Also, it recommended that the university install the enhanced stormwater management as promised, and seek any and all easements necessary for construction, maintenance and repair of pedestrian bridge.
