The Villanova Wildcats staff got some good news to start off their one-day rising senior camp on Thursday afternoon when East Stroudsburg South (PA) wide receiver Changa Hodge made a verbal commitment. Hodge is the fourth commitment in Villanova's 2016 class joining Jeff Wiley, Zac Kerxton and Korey Stevens.
So blessed to say that I've committed to Villanova University \\// ⚪️ #blessed #GoWildcats

Hodge is a 6'1" 185 wide receiver blessed with good size and speed. Because he's a long strider, he can break in and out of cuts effortlessly without losing much of that speed too. He's already got pretty good route-running skills as well, and it's not hard to envision him becoming an impact player in Villanova's offense given that his high school team runs a very similar offense to Sam Venuto's spread attack.
Hodge is a home run threat when lined up out wide, is adept at finding soft spots against a zone defense, and even carries the ball a few times in the jet sweep, a play that tends to poke it's head out a few times a game in Villanova's offense. He should be fun to watch in the years to come.
Welcome Changa to 'Nova Nation!
