2016 Recruiting: Scout & ESPN update rankings

Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

As College Coaches get a third of the way through the June Quiet Period for recruiting two of the main recruiting services have updated their Class of 2016 Rankings.

Villanova head coach Jay Wright landed the commitment of Omari Spellman in February and his stock has continued to rise, especially after an impressive performance at the Pangos All-American Camp. The 6'8" big man was tabbed at #26 by Scout where he is noted as the fourth best center in the class.

ESPN tabbed the rising senior at the MacDuffie School with the #16 ranking noting that he has, "great hands, agility, and deceptive athleticism," and in doing so "has separated himself with his ability to score on multiple levels."

Based on the most recent Recruiting Big Board, here are how Villanova's other Class of 2016 recruits are tracking in the newest ESPN and Scout rankings.
