The Villanova Wildcats have extended an offer to Wilbraham & Monson Academy (MA) forward Wenyen Gabriel, per ESPN's Adam Finkelstein. Jay Wright & Villanova assistants were seen scouting Gabriel all week, so this news shouldn't be too out of the blue.
Villanova becomes latest to offer ESPN 100 forward Wenyen Gabriel.

Originally a native of the Sudan, Gabriel is a 6'9" small forward who is going through a massive growth spurt. He's mainly played on the wing in high school and AAU, and sees himself playing there at the next level with his ability to slash to the hoop and hits shots from the outside.
Playing with the Mass Rivals on the Adidas circuit this summer, Gabriel has picked up offers from UConn, Maryland, Virginia, Texas and Notre Dame. Gabriel is currently ranked 77th in the 247 Sports Composite.
