TGIF, 'Nova Nation! With either one or two scholarships left in the class of 2016, it's getting to be crunch time for Villanova and their recruiting targets. One of those islocal wing DeAndre Hunter, who unofficially visited the Main Line on Tuesday before tripping to Virginia on Wednesday. As you'll see below, he had some really nice things to say, even when speaking with UVA reporters. He should be cutting his list down soon and scheduling official visits.
Another target is Dylan Painter, who just narrowed his list to 7 schools. He, like Hunter, isn't operating on an official timeline, but seems to favor Villanova (along with Penn State). Painter should be taking more visits - it wouldn't be a surprise to see him pop by 'Nova again.
And then there's Kevin Huerter, who may take an official visit to Villanova in September ($). Lamar Stevens is still listing 'Nova, but no word on a potential visit yet.
So, who is your pick for the next commitment?
And now, the "news."
