Villanova Basketball Recruiting: Kevin Huerter loved everything about Villanova visit

Sounds like the Wildcats put themselves in good position - but there's a long way to go.

Kevin Huerter, a 6'5" 180 lb. shooting guard out of Shenendehowa (NY) who picked up an offer from Villanova earlier in the summer wrapped up his official visit to the school on Tuesday.

When talking to SNY.tv, Huerter's Albany City Rocks coach Jim Hart had some very positive things to say about the trip.

"They loved it, loved everything about it. [The staff] couldn’t have laid it out any better. It was just a great visit."

Hart added, "He’s going to take the four remaining visits, go home and then make the decision. They’re not the type of family that’s going to pull the trigger on campus."

Huerter has visits planned for Maryland (Sept 4-6), Michigan (Sept 12-14), and Notre Dame (Sept 24-26), and is planning. The versatile guard has gone from a mid-major prospect to a Top 100 recruit this spring and summer. He's currently ranked #63 in the 247 Composite.
