The Sun's Arizin: Larry Brown is in trouble again at SMU

An old friend of the Villanova program is in hot water once more.

Huuuuuuuump Daaaaaaaay! Yesterday the NCAA laid the smackdown on SMU for allegations against Keith Frazier and Larry Brown's supposed attempt to cover it up. Brown, prior to taking the job at SMU, was a frequent visitor to the Villanova campus to visit good friend Jay Wright. Don't read in to it too much, but it's noteworthy that Brown has now faced sanctions as all three NCAA programs he's led.

In other Villanova-related news, Markus Kennedy will now miss the NCAA Tournament during his senior season. Mixed opinions on Kennedy around here, but it's tough to see his career come to an end for something he had nothing to do with.

And now, the "news."
