Despite yesterday’s loss to James Madison, Villanova still got some good news when Lorenzo Hernandez committed following yesterday’s game.
Thank you to all the schools who offered me but it's time for me to start a new path in my life and I am blessed to say I'm a WILDCAT ‼️ pic.twitter.com/mLuw6kFFui

First, the obligatory University of Villanova!
Hernandez is a 6’0” 245 lb. prospect who plays both defensive end and fullback in high school for Cherry Hill West (N.J.). Given Villanova’s offensive style I’d imagine Hernandez will likely end up on defense for the ‘Cats.
He has offers from New Hampshire, Towson, Rhode Island and Lafayette among others. Hernandez noticeably says he will still take a few more visits.
Right now, this sounds like a ‘soft’ commitment and one to watch as we head towards signing day.
