2017 4-star wing Jordan Tucker will officially visit Villanova on December 13th for the Temple game . He also scheduled an official visit to Indiana in late November. Adam Zagoria broke the news.
Tucker’s family moved to Georgia over the Summer, and Tucker will play his senior season at Wheeler (Ga.), a powerhouse in the South.
Tucker’s calling card is his ability to shoot the ball, something the ‘Nova roster will need an influx of after losing both Josh Hart and Kris Jenkins next season. Tucker is a gifted offensive player who would fit well into the Wildcats’ offensive system with his ability to score from the wing.
The knock on Tucker has been his willingness to play at the other end of the court. Questions about his motor and toughness arose during the summer and his recruitment seemed to stall out. But with ‘Nova missing on Lonnie Walker and Mikal Bridges off to a hot start, Tucker looks like he could be a good late signing.
Along with the ‘Cats and Hoosiers, Tucker is considering Syracuse, Maryland, USC, Michigan and Arizona. He plans to sign late having missed the early signing period.
