Villanova-Temple is the best rivalry in the Philadelphia Big 5

Maybe, but I'm still not convinced.

Happy Tuesday, 'Nova Nation! Interesting article from the local media today claiming that Villanova and Temple is the best rivalry in the city. They're certainly the two most successful programs, but on first thought I still thought The Holy War was probably the best given the proximity and similarities between the schools. But Wednesday night will be lit as the kids say, and I'm looking forward to a Big 5 game being this meaningful.

I'll be rounding up the latest Bracketology reports later, but I'll preface it by saying that even Jerry Palm has finally conceded Villanova is destined for the East region.

And now, the "news."

I think [Villanova] will 100 percent get his body to where it needs to be in the next couple of years, so his play around the basket will improve exponentially. He knows these things but he likes to sneak away, he likes to fade."
