Offensive lineman Peter Fallon signs with Villanova

Wildcats add another big body to the trenches.

Peter Fallon checks in as a 6'4" 280-pound offensive lineman from Mills School in Massachusetts, who became Villanova's seventh commitment in the 2016 class in late-July. Today it was announced that he has officially signed his National Letter of Intent. His commitment came shortly after being extended the offer by 'Nova's coaching staff.

He shows a good burst off of the snap, lining up primarily at the right guard position in high school. His athleticism shines through as he is able to move his big body well and has the strength to be a factor in the trenches. Vital in the Mills school offense, he was named to the Massachusetts High School Football Coaches Association (MHSFCA) All-State team as a senior.

At a position that often requires a year or more in the strength and conditioning program to get a player ready, Villanova is always adding talent to its offensive line.

Depth Chart (* denotes walk-on)

Class Name Height Weight
Senior Jon Green 6'2" 315 lbs.
Senior Brad Seaton 6'8 310 lbs.
Senior Jake Prus 6'6" 300 lbs.
Junior Matt Donoghue 6'4" 280 lbs.
Junior Alex Coren 6'2" 280 lbs.
Sophomore Keegan Sheedy 6'4" 255 lbs.
Sophomore Louie Csaszar 6'3" 305 lbs.
Senior Nico D'Angelo 6'3" 280 lbs.
Sophomore Ethan Greenidge 6'4" 345 lbs.
Sophomore Brandon Hitner 6'6" 285 lbs.

Villanova returns most of its starters from the 2015 season, so don't expect Fallon to start right away unless he really impresses the coaching staff. Still, he's another high-quality addition to a unit that has to perform well every week.

Welcome Peter to 'Nova Nation!
