East Stroudsburg (Pa.) wide receiver Changa Hodge has signed his Letter of Intent to play football at Villanova, the school announced this morning.
A 6'1" 175 pound receiver. Hodge garnered All-Conference and All-League honors in 2015 after hauling in 31 catches for 868 yards and 12 touchdowns. Hodge also ran back two kickoffs for touchdowns. He's a big play threat, and that's got to be exciting for the Villanova offensive staff.
The Wildcats return a number of talented athletes at the receiver positions, but overall the group is short on experience and will need to identify new starters across the board, save for the slot where both Taurus Phillips and Jarrett McClenton are back in the fold.

Hodge's physical assets could give him a leg up for early playing time on the outside. He's got the requisite size and speed to be the type of difference maker down the field that Villanova hasn't had in several season. Kevin Gulyas' route-running ability was second-to-none, but Hodge's upside once he learns the offense appears to be higher.
Welcome Changa to 'Nova Nation!
