Great article from Bob Ford about the junior class and how loose they are, which is in stark contrast to the current Senior class. Wright knows he's in for a big change next year - but is that necessarily a bad thing? Arch and Chef have meant a lot to this program and leading it back to the elite, but a change in style of leadership doesn't mean a fall is coming.

Maybe it's the change needed to get over the hump.
