Happy Thursday, 'Nova Nation! We interrupt your Josh Hart celebration to talk a bit about football (sorry). Temple is actively pursuing an on-campus stadium for the future of it's football program. That's probably the right move, even if the size is on the lower end for a D1 stadium. As Mike Jensen points out, it could make them an attractive candidate
But would vacating The Linc open a door for Villanova? That issue seems to have been settled long ago and the Wildcats appear content in the FCS - but there were two big issues hindering their acceptance to FBS last time around - fan support and a suitable stadium. The Linc would be more than enough to solve the latter - but the former remains a bigger challenge.
And now, the "news."
