Continuing their rankings updates, ESPN has released their Top 60 for 2018, expanded from an initial 25 players. Jay Wright's focus has primarily been on the 2017 class, but he has sent out several offers to his top targets in 2018, and a quick look at the rankings suggests more could be on the way in the coming months as the focus shifts.
While the class is a bit weaker in Philadelphia - only 5-star Cameron Reddish is on the list - the Mid-Atlantic region as a whole is stuffed with elite talent. Wright has had previous success recruiting New York and New Jersey, and even more recent success in the DMV. Both areas will likely be the focus again.
Here's a quick look at who 'Nova has offered and/or expressed interest in:
Point Guards
#19 Immanuel Quickley (5-star) -- interested/unofficial visit
#28 Jahvon Quinerly (4-star) -- offered
#32 Jalen Carey (4-star) -- interested
Small Forwards
#5 Cameron Reddish (5-star) -- offered
#30 Isaiah Mucius (4-star) -- interested
Power Forwards
#4 Nazreon Reid (5-star) -- offered
#18 Jalen Smith (5-star) -- offered
Centers
#43 David McCormack (4-star) -- interested
#56 Moses Brown (4-star) -- interested
In addition to the players above, there is a lot of talent in the usual 'Nova recruiting grounds. Louis King and Rasir Bolton are both Top 60 prospects who hail from New Jersey. Small forward Kiyon Boyd hails from D.C. and Robby Carmody is across the state in the suburbs of Pittsburgh.
