Former Villanova RB Kevin Monangai signed by the Minnesota Vikings

Monangai will get another shot at the NFL.

NFL: Preseason-Philadelphia Eagles at Green Bay Packers

Former Villanova running back Kevin Monangai has signed with the Minnesota Vikings, the organization announced on Thursday afternoon. Financial terms were not disclosed.

After spending last season with the Philadelphia Eagles, Monangai was released in early May to clear the way for some new players following April’s NFL Draft.

Monangai will wear #39 with the Vikings.
