Football season is kicking off, and we have to talk NDSU again?

Groan.

Hurray! Football is back!

Once that initial excitement wears off, its time to realize that the launch of FCS season means an inevitable stream of unrelenting discussion of North Dakota State to the exclusion of all others in the subdivision. It's not that they didn't earn it -- they've been steamrolling through I-AA football for years now -- but it is harder and harder to get a word in edgewise. What about all the other FCS programs that would love some attention? Well, I guess someone needs to knock the Bison off their throne for that to happen.
