On the eve of Villanova playing in the Battle 4 Atlantis Championship, their plans for next Thanksgiving are already set. Villanova will be one of eight teams participating in the 2018 AdvoCare Invitational from Nov. 22-25th in Orlando, FL. The Wildcats are the centerpiece in a field that also includes Charleston, Florida State, LSU, Memphis, Oklahoma State, UAB, and an eight team yet to be named.

While this tournament is still a year away, there’s still plenty to get excited about. Oklahoma State and Florida State were both in the NCAA tournament last season, and both currently rank in KenPom’s Top 50 teams. It’s also not a bad guess that the 8th “unnamed team” will likely be from the Pac-12. Who knows, maybe Villanova will get that game against Arizona after all!
