Villanova Women’s Basketball stays at No. 20 in AP Poll

Not much changed while the ‘Cats took their final exams.

Villanova is amidst a nine-day break, while Harry Perretta’s squad deal with end-of-semester exams. The Wildcats didn’t play any games last week as a result, but they’re set resume action on Wednesday night versus Big 5 rival La Salle.

In the meantime, the latest edition of the AP Poll came out on Monday afternoon and Villanova has remained at No. 20.

As for the rest of the Big East, Marquette is still receiving votes. DePaul has entered the picture, gaining one vote.

With the losses of the Florida State men’s and women’s basketball teams this past weekend, Villanova is now the only program to have undefeated men’s and women’s basketball teams in the country.
