Wide receiver Julian Liaci signs with Villanova Football

Liaci looks like a gamebreaker with blazing speed and shifty moves.

NCAA Football: Villanova at Lafayette Matthew O'Haren-USA TODAY Sports

Nazareth (Pa.) wide receiver Julian Liaci has signed his Letter of Intent to play football at Villanova, the school announced this morning.

A 5’10" 195 lb. 2-star prospect, Liaci adds significant playmaking ability to the Villanova WR corps. Liaici possesses excellent speed and the ability to cut on the dime which should make him a fit both in the slot and on the outside at ‘Nova. He’s a big-time threat on special teams as well. He earned 1st Team All-Conference and All-Area honors, and was named 2nd Team All-State.

Villanova is always looking for gamebreakers with their WRs and Liaci looks like a solution long-term. How early he can make an impact will be down to how quickly he picks up the offense in fall camp. Villanova returns all of their lettermen from last season.
