Following Jay Wright’s viewing last night (Reeves dropped 25 points in a win), he’s decided to extend a scholarship offer to 2018 guard A.J. Reeves. 247’s Andrew Slater first reported the news.

Reeves is a 6’5” 180 lb. shooting guard that attends Brimmer and May (Mass.) and plays for the Mass Rivals on the adidas circuit. He holds offers from Louisville, UConn, Syracuse, Creighton and Providence among others.
He’s is a strong guard with a good shot and the ability to drive to the hoop. A prototypical off-guard for Villanova very much in the mold of incoming freshman Jermaine Samuels.
UConn is the current favorite according to the notorius Crystal Ball, and Providence has made Reeves a big priority for 2018.
