Along with A.J. Reeves last night, Jay Wright got a peek at 2018 St. Andrew’s (R.I.) small forward Cole Swider as the two prospects faced off. Wright extended a scholarship offer to Swider as well after he scored 33 points in a loss. Evan Daniels was first to report.

Swider is a 6’7” 210 lb. forward who is known as a big-time shot maker with toughness to boot. He holds offers from Providence, Creighton, Syracuse, Miami (Fla.) and Seton Hall among others.
Swider has already been to campus this year, visiting for Villanova’s win over DePaul. He plays for BABC of the Nike EYBL. If the ‘Cats are in the market for a shooter, Swider fits the bill.
