5-star PG Jahvon Quinerly has trimmed his list of suitors to a final 7 schools, per an announcement on Twitter.
Quinerly’s final list - Villanova, Kansas, UCLA, Stanford, Virginia, Arizona and Seton Hall - represents a good mix of elite basketball and top-tier academics. Those are the priorities for Quinerly per a recent interview with Pat Lawless, and should keep Villanova in the thick of it until the end.
The 6’0” lead guard was recently elevated to 5-star status in the 247 Composite and is leading the UAA in offensive efficiency so far this spring. He looks like the ready-made replacement for Jalen Brunson that the Wildcats will likely need after next season.
Quinerly is saying he’s going to take official visits and decide this fall, so this recruitment has a while to go.
