Another day, another new offer. The Villanova Wildcats staff has extended a scholarship offer to offensive lineman Anthony Marinelli, per his Twitter account.

Marinelli is a 6’4” 295 lb. 3-star prospect out of DePaul Catholic (N.J.) and won the OL MVP award at The Opening Regional event in New Jersey earlier this year. He already has the size to step in right away at the college level and projects as an interior offensive lineman.
Marinelli is already sought after at the FBS level with offers from UCF, Central Michigan, Buffalo and Bowling Green among others. The CAA is hot on his trail as well with William & Mary, New Hampshire, Delaware, James Madison and Towson offering as well.
This might be a tough recruitment with the FBS calling, but Marinelli would be a huge score for Villanova if they can land him. Having just produced an NFL Draft pick in Brad Seaton, the Wildcats will surely be pushing early playing time and their ability to develop players in this recruitment.
