More 2020 recruiting news from last night as the Villanova Wildcats have extended an offer to 2020 point guard Jeremy Roach. H/T to reader Jdefal01 for finding this on the Twitter machine.
So proud of my little brother @Jeremyroach10 for the 5th offer from Villanova! Keep grinding ✊ #Miami #UVA #Texas #Maryland #Villanova

Roach is a 6’2” 165 lb. point guard that is already widely regarded as one of the elite prospects in his class. He plays alongside Villanova commit Brandon Slater at Paul VI (Va.) and for Nike-based Team Takeover, and he’s already in the USA Basketball program as well.
Roach visited Villanova for the win over Virginia this past season and played at Team Camp this summer as well, so he’s plenty familiar with the Villanova program already. An early offer makes sense here as the blue bloods will likely come calling if Roach continues to develop at this trajectory.
Expect Villanova to continue their strong relationship with the Team Takeover program going forward, as Roach is joined by Earl Timberlake, Terrance Williams and Hunter Dickinson.
