Don’t underestimate Villanova’s Mikal Bridges as an NBA Draft Prospects

He’s not an alpha dog (yet), but he might not need to become one.

Happy Tuesday, ‘Nova Nation! That bright light you see is Will Schreefer’s ear-to-ear grin at the Mikal Bridges profile below. It covers much of what we already know - he’s got the measurables and the efficiency to be a star - now he just needs the usage rate to increase a bit.

Or maybe he doesn’t. I will readily admit that I do think Bridges will need to see his usage go up a little bit to end up in the lottery, but if he puts together another season just like the one he had I still think he’s a first-rounder.
