More Hoops Mania news, with a bonus visit for Villanova in the works as well! Che Evans, a 4-star guard in the class of 2020, will be visiting on back-to-back weekends per Andrew Slater of 247.

If that seems unusual, it is to me as well. Evans is a big recruit in 2020 and getting him to visit on consecutive weekends is a good sign early in his recruitment. He’s a 6’6” guard ranked #56 in the 247 Composite. He attends Dulaney High School to the North of Baltimore and plays for Team Melo on the Nike EYBL circuit.
He already holds offers from St. John’s, Georgia Tech, Penn State, Kansas State and Boston College. He’s got incredible size for his age already, though as you’d expect he needs to put on some weight.
Still, it’s not hard to see why he’s highly thought of and why Villanova is getting involved.
