This is the fourth major injury for Villanova this season. Collin Gillespie has been playing but still wearing a brace on his wrist after he broke his wrist, Jermaine Samuels is expected to start practicing soon and hopefully return to action this week, and Phil Booth is still sidelined with a broken hand.
Update: Per Villanova Athletics, Samuels has begun practicing and available to potentially play tonight.
In additional injury news freshman Jermaine Samuels returned to practice Tuesday and is available to play tonight.

Leaving yet another starting spot open, we will see if Gillespie or Dhamir Cosby-Roundtree gets the nod from Jay Wright for the game tonight.
The Johnnies are coming off of an 81-77 upset against the Duke Blue Devils led by Shamorie Ponds and his 33 points. With the absence of a big body down low, look for Tim Delaney to possibly add some minutes to bring the relief off of Spellman and Cosby-Roundtree.
Look for further updates after the game on Paschall’s condition and timetable to return.
