NBC’s Rob Dauster wrote a really nice feature on Jay Wright and the small-ball revolution. Whether he meant it or not, give credit to Wright. Because other coaches are. And now it seems they are all playing catch-up.

The insight into his offense - about 5 plays total - is pretty fascinating too. We knock Jay for his Xs & Os from time to time compared to his peers, but if his coaching style is based on concepts and freedom...who are we to argue with the results?
