State of the Nova Nation Podcast VU Hoops

With the NBA Draft decision deadline in the rear view, we decided to get together for a special podcast episode. There will be another one after the NBA Draft on June 25.

The podcast is available on Apple Podcasts, Google Play Music, and now Spotify! (This episode should be on there later today.) You can also listen/download today’s episode straight from Pod-O-Matic.

Episode Description: We’re coming out of hiatus to discuss Wednesday, which was the deadline for student-athletes to decide on whether or not they will be committing to the NBA Draft. While the Villanova Wildcats already had Jalen Brunson and Mikal Bridges set on going, Donte DiVincenzo and Omari Spellman took their time. It turns out that the Wildcats will now have four players entering this year’s draft and possibly have all four go in the first round. What impact does this have on the program? What will the starting five look like this season? Did we get too comfortable with having Villanova players typically stay for three to four years?
