Happy Monday Nova Nation! Another weekend, another huge win for Villanova Football. The Wildcats are one of the few undefeated teams left in the FCS, and the only team that’s 6-0. And that leads them into the biggest game of the regular season: at #2 JMU.
The Dukes just performed their own escape act, winning in OT against #24 Stony Brook. The teams should both still be ranked in the Top 5 after today’s polls come out, and this game could determine who wins the CAA.
With the season now half over, and Villanova playing 4 of their 5 games after JMU at home, a victory on Saturday could set them up for a great seed in the FCS Playoffs. Let’s Go Cats!
In other “news”, Hoops Mania was a big success, updates from NBA preseason, and recapping the weekend in Villanova Athletics. Enjoy!
