From Tuesday through Friday, each time a former Wildcat hits the court, we will recap how they did and include a few highlights (if available). On Tuesdays, we’ll also recap what happened over the weekend, so you don’t miss the action. This will also serve as a discussion board. We will try to keep it updated as soon as the games are over, so check back often!
Omari Spellman
There was only one NBA Wildcat in action tonight, and it was Omari Spellman. Spellman and the Atlanta Hawks gave the New York Knicks a rare win, losing 106-91 at home.
Spellman played for 17 minutes off the bench, finishing with six points, nine boards, two assists, and a block.
Up Next: vs. Detroit on Friday, Feb. 22, at 7:30 p.m. ET
Coming Up...
Usually, we’d have the schedule of games coming up, but with All-Star Weekend, the league is shutting down for a few days. The only Wildcat to watch for that will be participating in the festivities and the competition is Kyle Lowry, who will be on Team Giannis for the NBA All-Star Game. That game will be on Sunday night, at 8 p.m. ET.
After the weekend, teams will get a few more days off, so we’ll resume the Wildcat Watch once the NBA is back in action next Thursday or Friday night. Here are the rosters for the All-Star Game:
