Happy Monday Nova Nation! This weekend was the annual Freshman Fundamentals sessions in New York Cityfor the incoming rookie classes of Big East teams. It’s a great way to introduce the players to the changes they can expect both on and off the court in the college game. And of course, there are always some former Big East players on hand to talk about their experiences during college, and now in their professional careers.

This year, one of those speakers was Villanova great Ryan Arcidiacono.

Ryan’s younger brother Chris Arcidiacono was one of the Villanova freshmen on hand for the weekends events. The elder Arcidiacono spoke to BigEast.com’s John Fanta about mentoring his brother, his time at Villanova, and his upcoming 3rd season with the Chicago Bulls.

We’re just two weeks away from the official start of practice for the 2019-2020 season, so I hope the elder Arcidiacono had some encouraging words for the Wildcat Freshmen. Villanova Basketball season is almost here!
