Happy Tuesday Nova Nation! It’s Gameday again, as we now get basketball all the time!!! Seriously, best time of the year. In fact, from now until the end of the Big East Tournament, you won’t have to go more than 4 days without a Villanova Basketball game. Perfection.
Which brings us to tonight’s game against the DePaul Blue Demons. DePaul is now the only winless team in Big East Conference play, a disappointing start given that they came close to cracking the AP Top 25 after going 12-1 in non-conference play. Now they come into the Finn, already a tough place to play, and are currently -10.5 point underdogs.
For the past few games we’ve been focusing on the individuals, but today our gameday poll is going to be on the game as a whole. The Wildcats have been a tough one for Vegas to peg this year, going 7-7-1 against the spread this season. But I think Nova Nation can nail this one.
