The Villanova Wildcats are the latest to offer Mark Armstrong, a four-star, class of 2022 guard.

A South Orange, N.J. native, Armstrong is a standout two-way, 6-foot-2 guard at St. Peter’s Prep (N.J.), where he averaged 19.9 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 2.6 steals per game last year.

Aside from Villanova, he also holds offers from Kansas, Louisville, Stanford, Auburn, Rutgers, Illinois, VCU, Fairleigh Dickinson, St. Peter’s, Bryant, Hofstra, Penn, as well as fellow Big East schools UConn, DePaul, Creighton, St. John’s, and Seton Hall.

Jay Wright’s staff have three other active class of 2022 offers — four-star point guard Corey Floyd Jr. (Roselle, N.J./Roselle Catholic), four-star wing Justice Williams (Philadelphia, Pa./Montverde Academy), and five-star big man Jalen Duren (New Castle, Del/Montverde Academy), the No. 2-ranked prospect nationally in his class.
