No venue has been established for the game, but when Jon Rothstein first noted the match up in April, the game was slated to be a home game for the Longhorns played in Austin. The Lone Star State has been averaging more than 7500 new COVID-19 cases a day over the last week and has had 987k cases of COVID-19, including nearly 19,000 deaths.
‘Nova and Texas played each other three times across four seasons from 2006 to 2009 with the Longhorns holding a 1-2 edge over Jay Wright’s squad.

Villanova has confirmed that the Wildcats will travel to Austin to play the Longhorns on December 6th at the Frank Erwin Center.
