Villanova Mug Arizin Links

Happy Monday Nova Nation! It’s been a little busy this quarantine season, but that’s no reason for all of us to rest on our laurels. In fact, thanks to strength coach John Shackleton we all have a great reason to get in shape!

That’s right, you too can get Shack Fit! No, this probably won’t have the same results as if you were playing basketball everyday, working out every day, and having your diet monitored by a trained professional. But still, if this program can deliver a percentage of the results we’ve seen in Villanova Basketball players, then it’s sure worth giving a trial run!
