Villanova Basketball at #11 in AP Poll

‘Cats improve 3 spots.

The 2020 BIG EAST Champion* Villanova Wildcats (24-7, 13-5) have improved to #11 in the newest poll released by the AP on Monday.

Kansas remains the the undisputed top team in the country entering the post-season as the Jayhawks garnered all 65 first-place votes. Gonzaga, Dayton, Florida State, and Baylor round out the Top 5.

The BIG EAST is also represented by Creighton at 7, Seton Hall at #16, and Butler at #24.

Villanova will next play on Thursday at Madison Square Garden in the Quarterfinals of the BIG EAST Tournament.
