On Monday afternoon, the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame announced its Top 10 watch list for the Bob Cousy Award, an accolade given to the top point guard in men’s college basketball and Villanova’s Collin Gillespie made the list.

So far in 2021, Gillespie is averaging 15.9 points and 4.1 assists. He is shooting 44.3% from the floor (including 44.6% from behind the arc).
He is one of two Big East players on the list, with Creighton’s Marcus Zegarowski also making the cut.
