2023-24 Big 5 Schedule Released

Three more dates and two opponents are known for the upcoming 2023-24 Villanova season as the Philadelphia Big 5 added Drexel to the mix and a new format.

The City Series will now feature two groups of 3 teams culminating in a triple header on December 2nd at the Wells Fargo Center. Each trio will play each of the other two teams once. The top two teams will play for the Championship in the tripleheader as the second places and third places also match up.

In group play, Villanova will play at Penn on Monday, November 13th, and will host St. Joseph’s on Wednesday, November 29th.

• Friday, November 10 – Penn at Saint Joseph’s
• Monday, November 13 – Villanova at Penn
• Tuesday, November 14 – Temple at Drexel
• Wednesday, November 29 – Saint Joseph’s at Villanova
• Wednesday, November 29 – La Salle at Temple
• Saturday, December 2 – Big 5 Championship Tripleheader (Wells Fargo Center)
