Happy Thanksgiving, y'all! We've got afternoon basketball today that is more than likely going to get you in a fight with your family over the scheduling of dinner, unless you're a family full of Villanovans. For the second straight year, the Wildcats are invading Brooklyn (last year was for the Legends Classic) and they'll look to bring home some hardware again.
In their path are the Stanford Cardinal. Losers of two straight to SMU and St. Mary's (not "bad" losses by any means except for how badly they were beaten), Johnny Dawkins' team will be looking to right the ship in a big way. They've got a balanced attack similar to 'Nova led by Marcus Allen and Reid Travis, and the odd start time on Thanksgiving always puts up a risk of weirdness. But if the 'Cats are focused, they should be fairly easily through to Friday afternoon's final.
Game Time, TV Schedule: 4:30pm ET. The game will be aired on ESPN2.
