Viewing Guide: How to watch Villanova vs. Seton Hall

New, 19 comments

The Pirates are dangerous and The Rock will be...uh...rocking.

Eric Hartline-USA TODAY Sports

The Villanova Wildcats will take their undefeated Big East record in to The Rock tonight to face the Seton Hall Pirates. It will be the second straight road game for Villanova at a venue that they were not able to conquer last season. The Wildcats fell 66-61 to the Pirates in overtime last year in a game where KeviN Willard was without the services of Isaiah Whitehead.

Seton Hall is off to a great start, and at 13-4 (3-2) is currently flirting with the NCAA Tournament bubble. They picked up a marquee win at Providence over the weekend and will be looking to further boost their resume with a win over the Top 5 Wildcats.

It's a late start at 9pm, but you won't want to miss this one.

Game Time, TV Schedule: 9:00pm ET. The game will be aired on CBS Sports Network.

Odds: OddsShark has the line at Villanova -7.

Radio: All Villanova Men's Basketball games air live on radio in the Philadelphia market on 610 WIP. Westwood One will also air coverage of the game - check your local listings, or you can use a radio app such as Tune.in.

Live Video Stream: No live stream will be available (get your act together, CBS!)

BEVERAGE OF CHOICE

Jameson, served neat or over ice

There's a lot of factors in play with this selection. First, it's the best whiskey. Grab your favorite blend (I've got some 12-year ready to go) and thank me later. Second, it's freezing. Even in Atlanta. I'm not happy about it. Third, you've got Seton Hall, a team that I'm learning to love to hate for a variety of reasons, the least which is the fact that they've been one of the few teams to have Villanova's number recently.

Lastly, and maybe most importantly, Doug Gottlieb is calling the game. He will make you angry at some point. There's nothing like being angry and drinking Jameson. I can't promise you safe results but you'll have fun along the way.
