How to watch Villanova Basketball vs. Nicholls State

Fresh off a season-opening victory over Columbia, Villanova returns to their home-away-from home in downtown Philadelphia to host Nicholls State on Tuesday night.

The game against the Colonels is the additional exempt game from the Battle 4 Atlantis, if you’re wondering why they are on the schedule. Nicholls is a 300+ team in both KenPom and RPI, so on paper this shouldn’t be much of a challenge.

However, it’s looking like a sparse crowd at the Wells Fargo Center (there are lower level tickets available for less than $10 as of Sunday night) and Nicholls displayed some offensive firepower in a crazy 111-106 come-from-behind win over UT-Rio Grande Valley in their opener. They’re an ‘old’ team loaded with upperclassmen and Lafayette Rutledge, Tevon Saddler, Roddy Peters and Jahvaughn Powell can light it up in a hurry.
