It’s that time again! The Villanova Basketball season kicks off with Hoops Mania!

The event takes place in the Villanova Finneran Pavilion, known as “The Finn”. According to Villanova Athletics, the event will include Men’s and Women’s team introductions, a three-point shooting contest between members of both teams, and a inner-team scrimmage for the men’s team.
In addition, Jay Wright will lead the festivities, the teams will perform some dance numbers, and of course there’s the return of the mystery musical guest. After not having a performer last year, the school has brought back the annual tradition that has previously included acts like 50 Cent, Nicki Minaj, and Drake. This year’s performer won’t be introduced until they’re coming out on stage.
While this is a student themed event, Villanova fans are able to stream it live through Villanova’s “Nova Nation All-Access” streaming service (subscription). You can find more details on Nova Nation All-Access here.
