The Villanova Wildcats have announced their 2022-23 non-conference schedule. The Wildcats open up at home against Big 5 opponent La Salle on Nov. 7.
Also, after being rotated out of the Gavitt Games last season, the ‘Cats are back in it with a road trip to Michigan State on Nov. 18.
There will be one Wells Fargo Center game in this lineup, when Villanova hosts Oklahoma on Dec. 3 as part of the Big East-Big 12 Battle.
Here is the complete non-conference slate:
Nov. 7: vs. La Salle
Nov. 11: at Temple
Nov. 14: vs. Delaware State
Nov. 18: at Michigan State
Nov. 24-27: PK85 Tournament (held in Portland, Ore.)
The tournament is split into two separate eight-team brackets, Villanova will be participating in the PK85 Invitational bracket. Specific matchups and brackets haven’t been finalized yet.
PK85 Invitational: Alabama, UConn, Iowa State, Michigan State, North Carolina, Oregon, Portland, and Villanova.
