Rakim Cox signs with the Carolina Panthers

2014 Villanova graduate Rakim Cox has signed with the Carolina Panthers.

The #Panthers have signed five tryout players: TE Jamie Childers, DE Rakim Cox, G Jordan McCray, C Ronald Patrick and FB Lee Ward.

The 6'4" defensive end participated in the NFL Veterans' Combine for the Panthers over the weekend and impressed the club to signing a contract.

Cox signed undrafted free-agent contracts with the Minnesota Vikings and Miami Dolphins last season.
