FCS Top 25: Villanova jumps up to #11

The Villanova Wildcats football squad jumped up to #11 in the newest STATS FCS Top 25 following their 24-13 victory over Albany during Nova’s Homecoming Weekend.

Undefeated Sam Houston State (7-0) remains at #1 in the FCS Poll for the second consecutive week. Jacksonville State, Eastern Washington, North Dakota State, and the Citadel round out the top five.

The CAA is also represented by Richmond at #6, James Madison at #8, and Stony Brook at #22.

Villanova has a bye week this weekend. The Wildcats next return to action on November 5th when they travel to Orono to play the University of Maine.

‘Nova was tabbed at #13 in the FCS Coaches Poll.
