Clearly frustrated at their tough loss to Spiece Indy Heat the night before, the talented trio of Mikal Bridges, Ja'Quan Newton and Malachi Richardson exploded as Team Final decimated the St. Louis Eagles 94-76 on Friday morning.
In just 24 minutes, Newton went off for 30 points on 8-13 shooting (1-2 3FG, 13-17 FT), 6 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal and no turnovers. While it was Newton who stole the show, Bridges and Richardson weren't far behind. Bridges dropped 15 points on 5-10 shooting (3-6 3FG, 2-2 FT) to go with 9 rebounds and a block while Richardson chipped in 19 points on 5-12 shooting (2-5 3FG, 7-8 FT) in the blowout win.
Following the game, Newton gave poured fuel on the Newton/Isaiah Whitehead package deal talk.

Team Takeover was next to take the floor, and Phil Booth rebounded from a tough Thursday and help Takeover crush Team Texas Elite 82-44. Phil Booth was excellent throughout, finishing with with 17 points and 4 rebounds on 5-8 shooting (4-5 3FG, 4-5 FT). Martin Geben continued his strong play with a 10 point, 5 rebound outing (3-3 FG, 4-4 FT), and Marcus Derrickson finished with 6 points and 8 rebounds on 3-7 shooting.

Boo Williams had a rough morning in a 78-62 loss to Houston Hoops, but Robert Johnson did his best to keep them in the game. The fast-rising shooting guard went 8-20 from the floor (4-8 3FG, 4-4 FT) and finished with 24 points and 4 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Jonathan Wilkins was still playing second fiddle for Spiece Indy Heat in their win 87-80 win over Team Penny, logging 17 minutes while not attempting a shot and grabbing 2 rebounds.
